Frequently asked questions

How much time will it take to implement Livespace?

Implementation should take no more than 2 weeks for the Start package, up to 4 weeks for the Standard package, and up to 6 weeks for the Premium package after the client provides the necessary input materials and data.

Is there a possibility to expand or reduce the scope included in the package?

The scope of work in each package is fixed and has been designed based on real customer needs and completed implementations to this point.

What is the user training during the implementation?

The training takes place online and lasts up to 1.5 hours, which includes the time for a Q&A session. The number of participants is unlimited. The training is recorded and provided to the client for internal use (for example, as training material for new team members).

Do I have to pay for the license during the implementation?

Once you buy a Livespace subscription, you get access to the application and its features, so the Livespace license fee is independent of the one-time fee for the implementation.

Will I get support after the implementation is completed?

In the Premium package, you will receive a dedicated consultant with whom you can arrange additional consultations up to 3 months after the implementation is completed. Otherwise, we provide support via email and chat. The method of communication depends on the selected Livespace package.
